I am having such an amazing experience with United Water Restorations! From the time Austin walked through my doors to do my estimates, I felt at ease and safe that I would be treated with exceptional professionalism. He listened to my concerns and ensured I understood the mitigation and rebuild process. He spoke on my behalf to the insurance company to ensure I was treated fairly while also maintaining honest integrity. Then Austin sends me a JEWEL, my project manager Cameron; he has been with me every step of the way in making decisions on my rebuild. When I am unsure, he takes the time to meet with me in person to hear my concerns. Get this: he has even met with me at the flooring store to help me pick out flooring and backsplash that would blend with my existing cabinets and granite. It is hard to make a decision when you only have a small part of your kitchen being rebuilt. Cameron was very thorough with showing me areas in the rebuild that may or may not need more attention. Cameron also has a great eye for designing. I am so happy he is my project manager. Last but not least, the crew that came with Jarrett to finish the mitigation and to take up my floors was awesome and very professional. Listen, when I started researching for the right company to finish my mitigation and do my rebuild, GOD sent me to this company, and I am forever grateful. You are the best Cameron!!!!! I would highly recommend calling United Water Restoration Group if you are needing any mitigation work. They definitely know what they are doing. We called United Water Restoration Group after unexpected water damage happened in our bathrooms. First, the answering service was great, both quick to answer and to get us on the schedule. So far, we’ve worked with the water mitigation team. Jaret and Bo were amazing and quick to get started on removing all standing water. They checked in and monitored the progress throughout the week. Jaret explained things well and answered all of our questions. Both of them were very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional throughout the whole process. It was truly appreciated. Dealing with water damage is truly a lesson in trusting the process, and although I hope to not need them again, I would not hesitate to call UWRG again if I did.

Upon arrival, they both were very courteous and listened to our issues and explained what work they would do to diagnose our concerns.
